Application Guidelines

Only completed applications will be considered. The following items must be included:

1. Scholarship application
2. Financial information
3. Letter of recommendation
4. Personal essay justifying scholarship
5. Most recent transcript containing school seal

• The applicant must be a resident of New Berlin who is about to graduate or has graduated from any public or private high school OR is a post-secondary student who lives or has parent(s) who live in New Berlin
• The scholarship is for students who plan to attend college, pursue training in a trade, to attend a commercial or vocational school or a technical college.
• Students may apply annually while they are enrolled in a post-secondary option
• Interested students MUST complete the application and MUST submit a paper copy to the address below before the deadline, which is the first Saturday in March.
• The scholarship will be applied toward post-secondary schooling
• Applications must be mailed to the address below
• Incomplete or late applications are NOT considered
